At Surftatto, we respect the manufacturer's warranty period, which is typically one year from the date of purchase through an authorized dealer, unless stated otherwise.
In the unlikely event that you encounter a faulty product, our Customer Service is available to assist you. It is an easy process:

3.A brief description of the problem you have encountered
To expedite your warranty claim, please ensure that the following photos are attached:
-Photo of the complete product
-Photo of the serial number (if available)
-Photo showing the details of the failure
We will evaluate your warranty claim and advise you whether it is necessary to return the product. If we are unable to make a determination, we will consult with the manufacturer to obtain their opinion. The manufacturer will then arrange the warranty in accordance with their policy on the specific product.
If the product is found to be faulty, the manufacturer will typically provide a replacement or issue a credit note. If your claim is rejected by the manufacturer due to improper use, for example, we will endeavor to offer you a solution to assist you as much as possible.
All replacements are shipped free of charge.
Please note that manufacturers warrant products against defects in material or workmanship, subject to specific exemptions. Claims are typically considered void if:
The product has been exposed to excessive heat or UV damage
Repairs have been attempted
The product has been used for purposes other than for which it was designed
