Warranty
At Surftatto, all products follow the manufacturer's warranty period, usually 1 year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
If you receive a defective product, simply send an email to wetsurftattoo@gmail.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Brief description of the problem
- Photos of the product, the defect, and the serial number (if available)
Our Customer Service will evaluate your request and, if necessary, contact the manufacturer to proceed with the warranty according to their policy.
